Community Service

CommCare® believes in giving back to the communities we serve. Our Community Services Program participates in local advisory committees comprised of other community service representatives, which identify elderly and infirm persons in need and help to provide them access to available resources.

Our Community Services Program employees make home visits on a monthly basis to assess the overall health and well-being of persons in need and guide them to social workers and other agencies. They also prepare and deliver food baskets and assist other organizations in providing food to those in need.

The Community Services Program is there to screen, educate and assist the elderly, infirm and home bound.
