About CommCare®

History

In 1993, Walter C. Fowler, Henry L. Masson and John A. Stassi II founded CommCare® Corporation as a non-profit, charitable organization. Their goal was to provide quality care and assistance to the residents of senior care facilities, as well as the elderly citizens in the surrounding communities.

One of the reasons CommCare® has flourished over the last fifteen years is due, in no small part, to the dedicated efforts of Magnolia Management Corporation and its affiliated service organizations. The Magnolia group provides professional management services in many aspects of CommCare's® operations.

Currently, CommCare® is concentrating its efforts to improve the quality of care in its facilities, upgrade physical plants and bolster its caregivers' commitment to quality. In addition, CommCare® plans to extend its focus and commitment into the communities it serves. As Chief Operating Officer, René Goux will focus his energy on supporting every facility's goal of strengthening relationships with their local community by identifying areas of need among the elderly and building relationships with them through community outreach programs.
